ML&C Management Information System (MIS)

Management Information System (MIS) plays an important role in the organization. It creates an impact on the organization’s functions, performance and productivity. MIS supports systematization and streamlining of the business processes. The vision for development of ML&C MIS is to embark on an aggressive road to technology in order to improve internal efficiency of the department’s operations and provide quality services to the citizens living under the jurisdiction of ML&C by introducing Information Technology (IT) at all levels of the Department having 62 offices throughout the length and breadth of Pakistan. (HQ ML&C, 6 x Regional Directorates, 11 x Military Estate Circles and 44 x Cantonment Boards). In this regard, ML&C Deptt had established their own Data Center at HQ ML&C and Software House at central level through attachment of IT Human Resource from Cantonment Boards for development and deployment of customized IT solutions for ML&C Deptt offices. Since its inception, ML&C IT Team has developed following IT products to facilitate and improve public service delivery at Cantonment Boards:

Human Resource Management System (HRMS)

Handles information related to employees e.g. Descriptive Report, Posting Profile, Retirement Graph, Gender and Religion based statistics etc

Computerized Billing System (CBS)

Handles information related to Revenue Branch of Cantonment Boards e.g. Property Units, Challans, Taxable Units, Exemptions, Recovery Reports, Tax Defaulter etc

Complaint Management System (CMS)

Used for registration and tracking of complaints submitted through multiple sources including CBCARE Mobile App

4.

Application Management System (AMS)

Applications submitted in CBCARE Centers are managed through AMS. Application processing time is defined against every application type. Complete visibility and tracking of submitted applications.

Budget & Account Management System (BAMS)

Handles budget and account information for Cantonment Boards. Detail view of recovery and expenditure against approved budget. 

6.

Mail Management System (MMS)

Manages Diary and Daak received in an office. Received Daak can be assigned & tracked through MMS.

7.

Litigation Case Management System (LCMS)

Used maintain Case Details, related documents, Case proceedings held in a court of law. Availability of live reports e.g. Case Summary, Cause List, Cases Status etc

Management Dashboard

Dashboards are available for CEOs / DML&Cs / Directors / DG ML&C to monitor the progress 

9.

CBCARE Mobile Application

The Mobile App is integrated with CBCARE Centers and serves as a complementary channel between Cantt Residents and Cantonment Boards.
